I believe the liar not the “Titan”
This guy from Indiana just gave a good defense of Clemens, basically saying that his reputation shouldn’t be ruined without guilt beyond complete reason, which I’m sympathetic to, but his harrassment of McNamee over his previous lies was a little silly. He was hired to help Roger Clemens cheat, he was hired by Clemens to lie for him, and everything he says about trying to cover for the players and also covering his own ass is totally credible. That plus Pettitte’s anointment as Christ like seems to me to provide pretty clear evidence that Clemens is either lying to the Country or to himself.
