disgruntled (adjective) in a state of sulky dissatisfaction
This poor word. It’s never used anymore minus at least ten dead fellow employees and a suicide.
I think this word has a valid defamation lawsuit against corporations that want you to think that disaffected employees are insane and not to be trusted. I’ve been disgruntled. I didn’t think anyone was in dire danger of being taken out suddenly if I had a bad day. I’m not saying that everybody I worked for agreed with that assessment, but I swear I was harmless other than the fact that I hated the way my employers were treating me.
