Please don’t read this. I’m really bored with this, but someone wants to sue me for apparently two million dollars, which is about two million and six thousand dollars more than I have, but he’s not doing it well. So I need to show him how to do it better and make him do it quicker and more efficiently, which in my opinion seems easier for me than for him.

I’m in the middle of reconfiguring my site and have no idea how this will look and don’t really care.

First, he called me at noon and assured me that this wasn’t happening anymore, but this came out four hours after that assurance.

Let’s give him some free advertising too. This is some sort of business of his. I could probably effectively send his web hosting service and complaint asking that they take it down, but I’m way too lazy to do that right now.

He wants me to take down a post that I already took down when he asked me the first time to take it down. It’s still down. Then he sent a very interesting email to a lot of people, who from my understanding had zero ability to progress with taking the post that is down now, down in the future. I asked him to stop contacting me in a legal fashion. Had I not, I would have told him the proper email address and way to submit his takedown complaint. He just violated my formal request to stop contacting me at 5:55 PM EST.

I am going to reproduce his takedown complaint as best as I can, but I have no idea how it will look. Unlike him and how he quoted the post he wants taken down, I am going to reproduce it exactly as I received it and as best as I can reproduce it here. It includes his in my opinion awkwardly edited version of my post that is down than he is apparently trying to take down.

Were it not for my formal request, I would be willing to help him file his request better and to the right place, but it’s all irrelevant to both me and my web host.

I have little idea what follows and I do not care very much about it. If anyone, but him and his “friend” want to discuss it my phone number is 440-319-8555.

I’ve already had some fun indulging my personal vendetta about Matthew “Whiz” Buckley, and that’s all I need.

If at any point, you want to pay me for my help after you found it helpful. I will accept that money.

Here is one thing he said in that article that I’m pretty sure mostly isn’t true.

I was the Managing Director of Strategy at one of the largest equity options volatility arbitrage firms in the world based in the Chicago Board of Trade. One day the traders on the floor were having problems getting correct trade quotes from the Philex (Philadelphia Exchange), costing the firm millions in losses. At the end of the trading day I assembled that 7 technology directors to debrief (more on debriefing below) what happened.

I stood in front of the directors in the board room and asked who was in charge of getting quotes from the Philex to the traders on the floor. Silence. Since many of the directors were Ukrainian or Chinese I assumed it was a language issue. I asked again. Nothing. But I did notice some cheeks in seats starting to shift. Third time was the charm.

One of the directors started with “Well Yuri does this, and then I do that, and then…” I didn’t let him finish. It was clear there was no SPA, and also ultimately why this failed and the firm lost money.

Our firm got quotes from numerous exchanges — NYSE, NASDAQ, etc There was no SPA in charge of any of these important connections either.

Upon completion of the debrief, there was a SPA, along with significant lessons learned about accountability that I transferred throughout the firm and this issue never occurred again, saving the firm millions of dollars.

We appreciate this initial opportunity to work with you and request your amicable cooperation in the resolution of this matter. This is especially in light of the fact that we will be filing a suit in West Palm Beach, Florida if the post is not removed. We will be seeking two million dollars in damages

Ok, that’s the best I can reproduce it. I sincerely hope that I have again provided a free service to people trying to make the world a better place. No corrections were made. I don’t edit for free. I don’t even edit for pay because I am a writer and not an editor. If I were paid to edit, I would give a refund after being fired after about six minutes of work.

Here is a free hint. You have to send your email to the proper host service, with the proper email address, which I have. Then they look at it and decide if it has any validity. Then if they deem it worth their time, they email me and tell me to deal with it in some fashion in some time period, which I will do probably within less than four hours if I’m asleep, but within 10 minutes if I’m awake. I encourage him to learn from this post and figure out how to get that done so I can take this down after he makes some sort of screenshot of it.
