Zero degrees of separation

When Madonna and Warren Beatty were going at it, it was like everyone in the world had been with one or the other of them. I’m not sure who has slept with the most men or women, but I’m guessing that if you multiplied the number of partners that Madonna and Warren had together that it would beat any other couple.
