Here’s what I never understood in high school. When Achilles was born his mother dipped him in the river Styx making him invulnerable everywhere except for the spot that she held him from his heel. He also has the greatest armor ever constructed, forged by the God Hephaestus. What does he need it for? Shouldn’t he just have a really good metal shoe?
